Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
1. Establish, maintain and retain good customer relations with customers by providing superior customer service through recommendation of our retail merchandise
2. Perform cashiering duties
3. Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in store and on phone
4. Assist with planning and completion of stock take
5. Participate in ongoing product, sales and visual merchandising and replenishment of stocks
6. Maintain general cleanliness of the store
7. Support the retail manager and assistant boutique manager on overseeing store operations
pertaining to manpower issues such as staff performance and other administrative matters associated.
8. Provide guidance and coaching to junior sales associates to improve overall job performance and improve sales target for the store

Requirements
1. Must be comfortable with dealing with people with different personalities
2. Employee may be rotated among our subsidiary outlets to increase job exposure and promote greater learning
3. Lively , energetic and highly passionate in retail sales
4. Good communication and negotiation skills
5. Able to work retail hours, during weekends and public holidays as per scheduled by the manager (5 days in a week)
6. Pleasant personality with a passion for fashion and is well groomed
7. Results oriented, and is able to work independently under pressure
