We are looking for hungry, hands-on technology lovers looking to play a key role in a unique engineering company
Konbini is a systems integrator that creates custom automation solutions for medium to large companies.
We create Intelligent Automated Machines running on Windows PCs.
We assemble vending machines, automated lockers, self-payment kiosks, and create new kinds of machines and tinker with new types of hardware like robots and drones in our free time.
We're a dynamic, young, hands-on team that is helping medium to large enterprise create new automation solutions.We are looking for meticulous, curious hardware lovers to join our team as an IT Technician!
Scope of work:
-Setup & Deployment of Konbini’s smart systems including: self-service kiosks, smart vending machines and automated lockers, running on Windows 7
-In-office testing of software solutions
-Assembly of hardware systems
-Preventive maintenance servicing of hardware solutions
-Write simple user manuals for our solutions
-Handle customer’s technical inquiries on usage of machines
Requirements:
-Meticulous
-Problem-solving attitude
-Self-starter and motivated- you will be expected to take responsibility for your scope of work without having to be micromanaged
-Flexible and able to learn fast- Due to the number of custom systems we produce, there will be a lot of different hardware that you will need to learn about. If you love the challenge of playing with many types of hardware, this is perfect for you.
-Experience in operating Windows systems and identifying and debugging Windows issues
-Basic experience in serial communications via RS232 and RS485
-Basic electronics experience
-Basic electrical experience including wiring power supplies, crimping cables, routing wires, soldering and multimeter usage
Most importantly, you need to have a positive and hungry attitude, eager to learn.Standard work hours, and our office is in Ubi.
